Go: Catalogue > Products.
In the list, search for products (In Draft, Archived, Active) or perform an Advanced Search (Figure 1) by filling in the fields:
Min Price
Max Price
Category
Additional categories
Brand
Attribute Set
Tags
Source Tags
Stock availability
Product Price Category
From [date] To [date]
Has media (select <Has media> to filter products that have images or <Doesn't have media> for the opposite)
At the bottom right, you have the option to select <Clean Filters> and fill in the fields again.
In the search results (Figure 2) you will find: the name of each product, stock code (SKU), Status, Insert Date and Actions (View or Delete).
To delete products, click on the checkbox to the left of each item or the first checkbox in the column to select all products, then click on the button <Delete Selected>.
Furthermore, to apply bulk changes to products, click again on the checkbox to the left of each item or the first checkbox in the column to select all items and then the <Edit Selected> button (Figure 3).
You will then be taken to the Mass Update form (Figure 4), where:
<Status>
Choose between: Active, In Draft, Archived.
<Category>
You select the product category you want from the selection list.
<Additional Categories>
You add additional categories in which the product will be displayed in the e-shop.
<Stock availability>
Personalized messages will be displayed depending on the availability of the product.
<Price Category>
You set the Price Policy available in the selection list.
<Attribute sets>
You select an attribute template to add features to the product.
<Tags>
It refers either to an existing label (which you will choose from the selection list), or a new one (which you will type in the same bar).
<Attributes>
You add additional features.
At the top right of your screen (Figure 5), you can export your product catalogue to a pdf file by clicking <Export>.
Furthermore, by clicking <Import> (Figure 6), a new window appears, where you are asked to select the import option (with or without insertion) and file type. Click <Choose file> and then <Import>.
Select Actions > Generate Content or Content Approval (Figure 7).
In the first case (Actions > Generate Content), a new window appears, asking you to make a mandatory choice between Skip and OverWrite (Mode) and to specify the Language in which the fields will be created. Pressing the button <Send> will generate content for the products based on the filters you have applied (Figure 8).
In the second case (Actions > Content Approval), the content of each product is displayed, which you can accept or reject as an administrator by clicking <Approve> or <Decline>, respectively (Figure 9).
At the top right, clicking (Figure 10) takes you to a new window where you can modify the product fields. Press <Cancel> or <Update>.
To add a product to the platform, click the button <New> at the top right.
Having moved to the <General> tab, you can set the status of the product (Active, In Draft or Archived).
Complete the fields (Figure 11a):
Title, i.e. the name of the product (required - select the preferred language on the right)
Subtitle (select the preferred language on the right)
Stock Keeping Unit (SKU)
Manufacturer Part Number (MPN)
Global Trade Item Number (GTIN)
Priority
Product description to which you are adding the product. Select the desired language and then the <Generate> or <Optimize> button. Directly below will display the generated content.

Price Category
Tags, to make it easier for customers to find the product
Furthermore, with regard to Wholesale Prices (Figure 7b):

Regarding Tax (Figure 11c), complete VAT and Reduced Tax.
In the Shipping section, fill in the price corresponding to the: Weight, Length, Width and Height of the product (Figure 11d).
In the tab <Media> (Figure 12a) you can upload files by right-clicking <Select Files> (Figure 12b) or by entering the corresponding link - <Add Media Url> (Figure 12c).
In the first case, you are prompted to search from the search bar on the top left for files you have uploaded, import a new folder by pressing <+ New folder> or upload additional files by pressing <Upload files>. If you wish to upload a large volume of files, you can do this in sections or upload Zip. Tap <Add selected> or <Cancel>.
In the second case, you are prompted to set the Title, Media Type (i.e. whether you are uploading an Image, Video or File) and the File URL. Press <OK> or <Cancel>.
In the tab <Content> (Figure 13a), you can add:

Additional content (Figure 13b). With the <+Add New Line> button, add: image, Title and Description within new window (selecting the preferred language).
Related products (Figure 13c). In the new window, select store products related to the added product (<+ Add Related Product>).
In the <Dimensions> tab (Figure 14a), by clicking <+Add Dimension> (Figure 14b) and/or <+Add Attribute> (Figure 14c), you select a product, add values and press <enter> on your keyboard. Just below, the results (Options Combination) will be displayed with the Price, Quantity and Actions (/<Remove>) corresponding (Figure 14d).
In the tab <Attributes> (Figure 15a), you can select a template of attributes regarding the product. Add a new attribute by clicking <+Add new> and selecting in a new window, attribute. Click <OK> to complete the action or <Cancel> to cancel it (Figure 15b).
In the <Stock> tab (Figure 16), you can enter Stock quantity, the Minimum stock level, the Minimum order quantity and the Order quantity step. You have the option to select the settings: <Order products out of stock> and/or <Stop receiving order>.
In the <SEO> tab (Figure 17), fill in the following fields:

SEO Title
SEO Description
Meta Title
Meta Description
Meta keywords
To edit the above data in an existing product, click on its name or on the <View> (Actions > View) option that corresponds to it.
In the last tab, you can create <Additional Fields> (Figure 18). You fill in Sizes, Dates and Fields.
