Collections

Go: Catalog > Collections.

Search your collections in the search bar, choosing between: All, In Draft, Archived and Active (Figure 1).

You can delete from the list as many collections as you wish by clicking inside the box to the left of the collection name or the first box of the column to select all products and then the <Delete Selected> button (Figure 2).

You can add new collections by clicking the <New> button at the top right of your screen.

On the left, you add a photo to your new collection by clicking on the edit icon and selecting the status: Active, In Draft or Archived.

  1. On the <General> tab (Figure 3a):

  • Fill in the Title (required) and the Description of the collection.

  • You specify the product assignment method:

-Manual, which means that you can add products to this category one by one by manually selecting this collection during product creation or update.

-Automatic (Figure 3b), which means that products matched with the following conditions will be automatically assigned to this category.

Straight below, you can add a product by typing its name or searching for it in the list.

You have the option to set a Collection Description with the help of Al Assistant (Artificial Intelligence). Tap <Generate> if you wish to be suggested content based on the keywords you enter and <Optimize> (displayed next to <Generate>) to optimize existing content.

  1. In the <Content> tab (Figures 4a & 4b), clicking <+ Add line>: takes you to a new window where you can add a photo to the collection by selecting the edit icon. Underneath, type Title and Description and press <OK> or <Cancel>.

  1. In the tab <SEO> (Figure 5), you add all the necessary information for search engine ranking optimization: Url alias, SEO Title, SEO Description, Meta Title, Meta Description and Meta keywords.

1) If you want your store to be bilingual (e.g. Greek and English) or multilingual, then you will have to enter the Titles and Descriptions in all languages, first selecting the desired one by clicking on the Earth icon.

2) You can set Description (category), SEO Title, SEO Description, Meta Title, Meta Description, Meta Description and Meta keywords for each collection with the help of Al Assistant (Artificial Intelligence).

Tap <Generate> if you wish to be suggested content based on the keywords you enter and <Optimize> to optimize existing content.

3) You can save or cancel your actions in each category by pressing <Save> or <Cancel> respectively, but you can also delete them by pressing <Delete> on the left.
