Go to Chatbot > Knowledge Base to create the content of your e-shop chatbot.
You can check the box to the left of each title or the one to the left of the bar to select all items and then (Figure 2).
To add new content, tap at the top right. Fill in the fields in the same language: Title, Questions and Content. Add a question by tapping <+ Add Question>, helping the content to be used by the chatbot to answer relevant questions. Choose Type: product, order, category, brand or content (Figure 3).
