Go: Sales > Series.
Search from the corresponding bar (All, Archived, In Draft, Active) for order series in Advanced Search, selecting Order Type: Order or Return. Tap <Clear Filters> to reset filters (Figure 1).
To add an order, tap <New>:
Fill in General (Figure 2a): Name, Type (Order or Return), Prefix (which cannot be changed after it is created), and Notes.
In Permissions (Figure 2b): you can select specific Customers, Customer Groups, target Roles and Users. In case a field is left blank, then the permissions will apply to all users.
Set Product Filter by adding conditions with the <+> button (Figure 2c).
