ERP-SHOPRANOS INTERFACE

1. Display of the Shopranos Web service in the ERP.

For the Shopranos interface, the web service with id 955 (Menu: Configuration > WEB and Mobile > Web and Mobile > Web Services) must be present in the ERP and make sure it is in the list (Figure 1).

If it does not appear, you will have to open the option from the user icon in the top bar of the ERP: Web and Mobile Licenses and proceed to Refresh so that web service 955 appears. In case it is still not visible, you will need to update the ERP version (Figure 2).

1. Establishing a Web account

From the Configurations > WEB and Mobile > Web Accounts menu, create a new account by specifying the User Service, Shopranos service 955, Username, Password and Email (Figure 3).

1. Building the Connector in Shopranos

Go to Settings > Import - Export Data > Connectors to create a Connector based on the above data from the ERP (Figure 4).

Enter the name (e.g. Softone), select the source and in the next step you enter the data (Figure 5):

• Serial number (SN of ERP)

• App Id (the 955)

• Username and Password (the name and password of the web account you created in the ERP).

Then select <Submit> and <Save>.
