To view the Catalog Price Rule List, go to: Pricing Rules > Catalog.

Search for rules (All, In Draft, Archived, Active) in the list (Figure 1), which displays them from Lower to Higher priority or from Higher to Lower priority: Rule, Status, Priority, Action Type and Actions (View or Delete).

You can delete price rules from the list by clicking inside the box to the left of each item or the first box in the column to select all and then the button <Delete Selected> on the right (Figure 2).

• Add a rule by clicking <New> in the top right (Figure 3). Set catalog price rule Status (Active, In Draft, Archived) and Details (from [date] until [date], Priority and Customer Groups).

• Complete the Basic Information (Name and Description).

• Set Conditions (Conditions combination, Source Tags, Tag, Category Path, Category, Attribute, Brand).

• Add Action: Apply as percentage of the original, Apply as fixed amount, Adjust To Percentage or Adjust To Value. With the above options, apply a discount to a product by subtracting a percentage from the original price. Set the discount amount while you can reject the rules by activating <Discard rules>.

• The Summary just below briefly explains the implementation of the action.

To edit the above data in an existing product, click on its name or select Actions > View.

You can save or cancel your actions by pressing <Save> or <Cancel>, respectively.
